Terms of Use

Last updated: 26 September 2026

These terms apply when you use parchipro.com or the Parchi app (“Parchi”). By booking a slip or creating an account, you agree to them.

Parchi is not a hospital and does not give medical advice. In an emergency, do not wait for a slip — call 112 or 108, or go to the nearest emergency department.

1. What Parchi does

Parchi is a booking and queue tool. It lets you request an OPD slip at a listed hospital and follow your turn live. Diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions and all medical decisions are made only by the hospital and doctor.

2. Booking a slip

3. Fees and payments

4. Cancellations and late arrival

You can cancel a slip from the track page. If you are late, your turn may pass; the hospital decides whether to call you again. Refunds for cancelled or missed slips are up to the hospital.

5. Your account and slip code

6. Hospitals using Parchi

Hospitals are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, doctors, timings, fees and UPI details, for confirming and calling patients fairly, and for the medical care they provide. Hospital staff must use patient data only for that patient’s visit.

The hospital’s own staff run its panel. They confirm or decline slips, enter and call token numbers, mark patients done or late, add walk-in patients, and set the fee and UPI details. Parchi only shows what that staff enters. Anything that goes wrong because of a staff action — for example a wrong token number, a patient called out of turn, a slip approved, cancelled or marked done by mistake, a wrong fee, a wrong UPI ID, or a payment collected at the counter — is between you and the hospital, and is the hospital’s responsibility, not ours. Please raise such matters with the hospital first; you may also write to us and we will pass the complaint on and help where we can.

7. Ratings and content

Reviews must be honest and about your own visit. No abusive, false or promotional content. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

8. Availability and liability

9. If something is not working

We build Parchi carefully and test every change before it goes live. Even so, software can go wrong. If something does not work — a slip does not show, a queue number looks wrong, a notification does not arrive — tell us at support@parchipro.com or on WhatsApp from the Contact page.

We cannot promise that the service will never be slow, down or free of every fault. As Parchi grows we will publish a separate service commitment for hospitals (uptime and response times).

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above will change. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
