Deleting your Parchipro account removes your login, email, mobile number, ratings and saved details right away. You will be logged out on all devices.
What happens to past slips? The hospital keeps its booking record (it needs it for its accounts), but it is no longer linked to you. The patient’s name, phone and problem on those slips are removed automatically 1 year after the booking.
In the app: Menu → Delete account. Or here: log in below and confirm.

Forgot your password? Reset it first, or email support@parchipro.com from your account’s email with the subject “Delete my account”. Hospital staff accounts are removed by the admin — please contact us.
